Smoothies are perfect for breakfast or a snack throughout the day. What’s even better is a healthy,tasteful and quick smoothie. On today’s blog we feature the Coconut & Blueberry Green Smoothie. Read for the Recipe, Nutritional Facts and Healthy Tip on this “so good” smoothie



3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup lightly packed baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)

How to:

Combine blueberries, spinach, coconut milk, yogurt, chia (or hemp) and maple syrup (or agave), if using, in a blender. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
