Caribbean Flavor: Mango Sorbet

Travelling to the West Indies or currently enjoying the warm tropical weather one will need a cool down and what better way to do so than enjoying a Mango Sorbet!

On today’s Caribbean Flavor, we feature the Mango Sorbet recipe. Give into the temptation and enjoy!


2 Kensington Pride (Grafted) Mangoes
3/4 cup Simple Syrup
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Lime Juice

How To:

Peel mangoes and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes.

Place mango  and Lime Juice into blender. Blend until smooth (approximately 30 seconds or more).

Pour Puree into a large bowl and whisk in simple syrup and lime juice.

Place into an ice cream maker and freeze thoroughly.
